Yunjin Kim

Yunjin Kim is a South Korean-born American actress noted for her character as Sun-Hwa Kwon on hit TV series Lost. Yunjin starred in a drama series Mistresses as Dr. Karen Kim.Her first role in serious acting was in a South Korean TV show Splendid Holiday in 1996 based in New York. Then Kim performed another one called Foreboding in 1997.Yunjin earned the lead role in a TV drama called Wedding Dress. But her biggest breakthrough arrived in the form of her debut movie, Shiri in 1999.Kim played a number of Korean movies and TV shows like The Legend of Gingko, Rush, Yesterday, Ardor, Iron Palm and Love in 3 Colors.Yunjin played in films like Diary of June, Mother, The Neighbor, Seven Days, Harmony, Heartbeat, and Ode to My Father.Yunjin won the Screen Actors’ Guild award, Grand Bell Award, the Korean film critic award and the Blue Dragon award. Yunjin belongs to the Asian ethnical background.Yunjin has Korean ancestry.Kim is the holder of South Korean nationality.Her religious views are not known.Yunjin is currently 43 years old.Kim celebrates her birthday on every November 7.Her zodiac sign is Scorpio.Her father and mother are unknown.
